Geological texture: physical appearance of the rocks (grains sizes, shape...).

Geological structure - definition

Geological structure: geometry and position of the rocks in which they appear on the surface of the Earth.

Lithology - definition

Lithology: part of the geology that studies the rocks (grains sizes, particle size, chemical and physical properties, composition, texture, type of transport, mineralogical composition, spatial distribution, cementing material...).

Climate - definition

Climate: set weather conditions (rainfall, temperature ...) that characterize a region.

Relief - definition

Relief: set of shapes that define the surface of the Earth

Landscape - definition

Landscape: aspect of the relief on the Earth surface. It isn't fix because the processes and the agents that modify it are constantly in acting.

Geomorphology - definition

Geomorphology: part of the geology that studies the relief and how is it formed.
